Züp is Yiddish for soup, and medical director, Dr.  A. “Lloyd” Finks, was inspired by his aunt who said soup was the best medicine.  In pursuing the best medicine, the facility offers an array of cutting edge medical care and diagnostic equipment.  ZüpMed has a fully equipped treatment and minor surgery suite with X-ray for urgent care needs.  There’s an in-house dispensary with common prescription medications and over-the-county medicines.

It’s a unique one stop shop were there is no waiting room because patients go straight to a room with its own air circulation system to prevent infections.  There is even a decompression room for people who need the tranquility of a quiet room with headphones.  It’s an environment that is more spa-like than a traditional medical facility, and the emphasize on individualized, personal care in a comprehensive and convenient location is carried out in its design.
