Capitalizing on its views of Windyke Country Club, this was the first of four office buildings built in 1995 for Belz Enterprises. The building features a granite lobby, glass handrails overlooking the lower atrium,12-foot ceilings, custom lighting, wood paneled walls, and decorative wall coverings. The curving exterior design and the use of glass connect the building with its restless setting adjacent to a golf course.

Designed for flexibility and adaptability, the 84,000 square foot office building anticipated trends and was built for leading this Memphis development firm into the future. Today the building houses Southwind Medical Specialists, an arm of Methodist Hospitals, which verifies the success of the design in regards to flexibility of use. OTMA both designed and provided construction administration for this project.
